The staff struggled with English, making communication difficult at times. the internet was only free in the lobby, which was inconvenient staying in their rooms.

This hotel is well, located, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. the room was spacious and well, designed, with comfortable beds and high, quality linens. the bathroom was impeccably clean, with a large bath, shower and fluffy towels. the breakfast selection was comprehensive and delicious, with a good mix of western and local cuisine.
The hotel staff was not overly friendly or helpful, which detracted from an otherwise great experience.

Here is a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities that exceeded all our expectations. the rooms are spacious, comfortable and equipped with private facilities that are top-notch. the breakfast buffet was amazing, with options ranging from Asian cuisine to Western fare. the gym was excellent and had everything we needed for our workout routine. the location advantage of this hotel is the beautiful view over the lovely gardens that add a relaxing atmosphere to the stay.
The only negative aspect we found was the limited availability of the outdoor swimming pool. Due to closure, we could not make use of this exclusive facility.

The hotel is located in a great area close to plenty of restaurants and shops, making it easy to find something to do. The room was beautiful and spacious, with comfortable bedding and amazing views of the pool. Breakfast was also impressive with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
The language barrier was frustrating at times, as the staff struggled to communicate in English. , the WiFi was only free in the lobby area, which was inconvenient for us as we wanted to relax in our room.
